Developed in close collaboration with a senior leader in travel and meetings at a global tech company, the Event Portal was designed to solve a simple but persistent problem in the industry: attendees couldn’t keep track of where to RSVP, book, or find their event details. And when they did, the data inputs were fragmented and led to manual revision.

How it works

Event portal

The Event Portal is your company’s event homepage. In the Portal, each attendee sees a personalized view of the events they’ve been invited to.

Event Site

Each event has its own Event Site: a dedicated page with RSVP and, if needed, hotel and travel booking links. All sites live within the Event Portal.

For attendees

  1. Receive an event invite.
  2. RSVP and provide travel or accommodation details.
  3. Access everything in the portal—anytime.

For planners

  1. Build the event site.
  2. Set who can attend.
  3. Publish it to the event portal.

Custom Branding
The Event Portal reflects your company's global branding, ensuring a consistent look and feel when viewing all events. Individual Event Sites can also feature custom header designs or color schemes set by the event planner, based on your company's permissions.

Changing attendee expectations

In the consumer world, tools like Facebook Events, Partiful, and Luma have made it easy to publish events, invite people, and revisit details. But the B2B space has lacked that same level of clarity and convenience.

Instead, legacy systems are slow and complex—often requiring offshore teams or internal IT just to spin up an event page. And once the event is live, attendees are left digging through email threads, calendar invites, and Google Forms to find what they need.
